| This area has lots of diversity and the Sequim Dungeness Valley has some of the most fertile farmland around. As you look around you will see several large old dairy barns that give you a glimpse into the past. Just a few diary farms remain today and farmland is at a premium.
There are condos, townhomes and single family homes all in the City of Sequim and surrounding areas.
Horse properties and small acreage mini farms are available in a wide range of prices. If you are looking for investment property including a 1031 exchange, downsizing or looking to grow your own food. I can help educate you on the area and help you find your place in the Pacific Northwest sunbelt.

| There is so much to do and see here. I love the outdoors and the wonderful bounty of the North Olympic Peninsula. I am fortunate to share it with my mate of 25 years. We have 3 beautiful Gypsy horses on our almost five acres, a wonderful garden and a beautiful view of the Olympic Mountains. Living in the rainshadow of the Olympic Mts. we installed a solar system with a battery backup and we supply power back to the grid. Great organic produce is grown here all year round and there is fresh local seafood, grass fed beef, lamb and a variety of local dairy products and 2 local bakeries which makes my passion for cooking so much fun. I knit with a wonderful group of women once a week and I am also on the Museum and Art Center Board, the Hertiage Advisory Board, Sequim Lions Club and Friend of the Fields. |
